Registration Dates and Times*

NEW DATE -- Thursday, September 9th: 6pm to 8pm in Osceola HS Cafeteria
*There is a $10 late registration fee for anyone who registers after this date.

State Issued Birth Certification (This is needed for all players - including those returning)

Fees

Tots (under 6) - $125 Registration Fee + $50 Family Volunteer Fee**
U8 - $135 Registration + $50 Family Volunteer Fee**
U10 and older - $150 Registration + $50 Family Volunteer Fee**
Age bracket is determined by the players age on July 31, 2010.

**Volunteer fee is only charged ONCE per family. The volunteer fee will be returned to you after you work your 5 required volunteer hours for the season. If you choose not to work your volunteer hours, your fee will not be refunded. If someone in the family is a coach, assistant coach, board member, or team parent, the $50 volunteer fee is waived -- since by being one of these you are committing to volunteering.
